Maybe he watches porn because he is not satisfied with his sexual life. You should talk to him and ask him what are his fantasies and desires and explore them together. For example, I watch porn because there’s a lot of things and fantasies that I want to do, but my girl doesn’t want to do, so I go to porn to find a way to “satisfy” my needs. Maybe this is the case with your partner.

I was surprised by statistics on how many women watch porn. I thought it would be much lower. Quite frankly most is meant for men and some is degrading. Men may think all sex should be like porn videos setting a standard that is not based on reality. Sex fantasies from porn are fine unless they cause unrealistic expectations from sex in their own lives. The man may then withdraw from sex and just watch porn. Watching porn can be known to cause erectile dysfunction. Men and their partners should also be concerned about that.
