I get depressed very easily especially when my period’s near. When I get depressed, I can get very sensitive and I overthink like ‘why isn’t babe replying me when she’s free? Does she not care about me anymore? Does she not love me anymore?’ All these thoughts are affecting my girlfriend and i. It hurts me a lot to have all these thoughts and it hurts me even deeper to end up arguing with my Girlfriend and it hurts me way deeper to have her telling me if this issue of mine continues to persist, at the end of the day she will leave me because she won’t be able to handle it anymore because it’s exhausting for her. I honestly have no idea what to do, when I feel depressive I try my very best to avoid affecting her but at the end of the day my emotions got me good. What should I do?
