How do i handle my girls feelings

I started a new job in healthcare field. First started off doing day and evening shifts. Pay not to bad but midnight shifts pay extra at the company I work at. So I went for it. Everything went smoothly then all of a sudden I get called in more. So lately I been doing the midnight shift and my new manager since i switched places for midnights well.he calls me in alot. Recently had 113hrs on myc check and ever since i been here always work 90 to 100 he's bi weekly. Well my working all the time I affecting my relationship with my girlfriend. She gets mad at me when my house manager calls me in and i go in. I know I can say no but at same.time i like the hours when they accumulate on payday. She told me I needed to quit going in that money isn't important that spending time together. Although when I make extra she all happy on payday yet when I take extra hrs she get mad and wants leave me over it. How do i get her to understand that extra hours is what's helping us above and beyond without her taking it wrong

most women want to be more important than work to their lover. you are clearly showing your priorities. she is not money hungry like you. i highly doubt you will be able to change her priorities to match yours. she is obviously lonely and sooner or later will seek companions that give her top billing. love is not a monitary matter. you and her are incompatible so best to move on to someone who has same priorities as you.

Any woman will prefer her boyfriend to spend time with her than give her money. For women, spending time together is more important than money or anything else in the world. So, make it a point start spending more time with her.
