Hi Everyone,
I have been with my fiance for three and half years and I feel he is so heartless and ungrateful since we met.
He didnt have a job which I wish I had taken more notice of. He didn't drive etc etc. Yet, I didn't blame him and thought that financial differences or money are not necessary for love. I was wrong.
I paid for several expensive holidays, my mom even paid for him to go away with us for 17 nights. He did learn to drive, but can't afford a car and did get a part time job ... Which I have to pick him up from every night at 9pm.
I have an illness and he knew that yet the support is not gone. He just says 'You're always ill'. Let's just that the promises to 'look after Me' when he proposed wore off pretty quickly.
I pay for everything. I have two jobs whilst suffering with Crohn's Disease and just shows a lack of general caring or empathy.
I had bought him a gift, it wrapped (an early Christmas present for a reason) and he has turned round and said he doesn't want it?! I had also organised a surprise meal with his family. He has since said he doesn't want to celebrate his birthday and doesn't want any gifts.
He knows I have spent a fortune on both his Birthday and Christmas. I don't do it to showoff, I have been bought up this way.
Should I just need ignore his Birthday completely and sell everything? I can't believe this is the same person I met.
Advice required please.
