Hello ! I am just new here bit I would like to grab this opportunity to get your POVs. Would really appreciate if I get an answer asap haha.

So I just want to know if this former officemate likes me. We haven't seen each other for a long time since I resigned. By the way, when I resigned from my previous company,he is just new there and we are really not close. But when I visited that previous office of mine... he is one of the first persons who stood up and greeted me. He kept on coming close to me and starts conversations, asking some personal things (ex. Where do i live?) Throughout our conversation he said that I am a lot prettier now and I am blooming. Do you think he likes me?

I really think he's into you. Him asking you personal things and complimenting you is a clear sign that he likes you.

Unlike women, men are simple, less complicated. It is very easy to tell when a guy likes you. He makes it quite obvious that it's almost on the surface. You could easily notice and observe certain things & behaviors that would prove to you that the guy has something for you in his heart. Amongst the many others the once listed below are the sure signs that you tell you that the guy likes you.

1. Courteousness is the first thing that you would see coming through. He would be courteous and chivalrous. Not only to you but to the other ladies in the room. You need to observe that is this chivalrous demonstration is more around you than the other. As it is known that the man should be chivalrous and that's what a woman would desire. It's natural for a man to be at his best behavior in front of the women he is attracted to. Also, observe if he looks at you more than often and has a furtive look, be assured that he likes you.

2. Men when are flirtatious, they have the same behavior with multiple girls. Let's say a guy is at a party, he if flirting would flirt with anyone and every one around. It is obvious that he doesn't have the intention of anything serious. However, if he is attracted to you, it is a possibility that he would stick to you. He is expected to sit/stand net to you cracking jokes or just talking.

3. The other very obvious point to know that the guy like you is when he makes the most of every chance he gets to come close to you. The physical attraction between a man and a woman is animal & powerful at the same time. It really doesn't matter that what he does or behaves to get close but he would make an extra effort that would be obvious. In fact, even during a small harmless conversation he would have innocent physical touches that would again indicate that he likes you.

4. Some times when a guy is more than attracted in you and is looking for a long term relationship or a commitment. He might have serious questions around your marital status; about your family background; about your likes & dislike etc. Any such question that a stranger would ask you to know you better enough to decide to spend the rest of his life with you is more than an indication that really likes you and probably thinking long term.

5. If a guy is likes you he would spend lots of time with you talking and cracking jokes. The special attention that he would give you would make it obvious that he likes being with you however; it's a good idea to wait for a dating invitation. Even if its not a dating invitation and he invites to a social event or asks you if you would be interested, is a good sign and proves the guy likes you and wants to spend more time with you.
