Hi everyone!
I'm working with colleagues, last Friday an old colleague hit my butt and i told him - NO IT'S BAD!!!
(he dont understand much English) then Saturday i saw he wants to do it again and again i said No it's bad.
After lunch, i went to the water dispenser, drink, put my glass on the sink and prepare to go back to the table when suddenly he slap my right face, hitting me between my cheek and part of my neck!
I was severely shock that i reacted by only pointing on his face and said NEVER DO IT AGAIN!
This affected me emotionally because i respect the person (before - now i hate im so bad) see him as like a dad/uncle who i thought will be the 1st to back us (girls) from other colleague (the workers have different backgrounds and beliefs) since he is also a Christian.
That night i talked to 2 higher ranking guys and one pretend he didnt hear then they even make a joke about it which is very hurtful but i didnt show i was hurt (probably my ego working at hyper speed).
Yesterday which is Monday, i got the chance to tell the secretary and she asked me if someone saw those things being done, she will talk to the witness and probably talk to the culprit.
One colleague said its your butt faulth, its nice! I answered her, its not my body's faulth - his a dirt that is why!!!
Guys i dont like these to happen again, i dont wear provocative clothes at work, we have a uniform, formal loose pants and collared shirt.
How can i be seen as tough and can't me mess with?
